2nd period is in T-131 again tomorrow.  6th period is in the Media Center again tomorrow.

Students who missed the reading quiz (35.1-2 & 36) will make it up Monday (5/14) before or after school.

Due to EOCT's, 2nd period will be relocated to T-131 (Health Room) on Monday 5/14 & Tuesday 5/15.  English presentations will continue and we will begin the Spanish presentations as well.

As of now, 6th period is NOT being relocated.

Presentations done in Spanish will replace your lowest reading quiz grade.  Provided that the presentation is executed well.

Due to the AP Spanish Language Exam being given in the classroom on May 8, 2nd period will be relocated to E-198.  This is for May 8 only.

Due to the AP Spanish Language Exam being given in the classroom on May 8, (((1st period will be relocated to E-186.)))  4th period will be relocated to G-106.  This is for May 8 only!!!!  This does not apply to 7th period.

Please remember to meet in the Media Center on 5/3 & 5/4.  These will be the last days to work in the Media Center.  Everyone must turn in all copies to me on Monday, 5/7.  Please have enough copies for all members of the class.  We will begin our presentations on Monday.  Due to AP exams starting on 5/7, presentations will most likely be out of order in regards to time periods.  Please be flexible and let me know (if you haven't done so already) if you are not going to be here on the days your time period is scheduled to present.

Hello All ISA AP World Students:

While the exam is over two weeks away, I though it would be good to remind you of a few important bits of information.  Before I do, however, I wanted to say how proud I am of you for making this journey with me.  I know for some of you it has been a challenge and question whether the journey was worth it.  In the end, the wealth of knowledge you have gained (and you have) and skills you have developed is certainly worth it. 

The AP World History exam will be given in the gym in the morning on 5/17.  Please follow all directions on the Exam Day Information sheet that you have received.  I would have several No. 2 wooden pencils already sharpened in case one breaks you have a back-up.  Please bring at minimum two (2) blue or black ink pens.  Please be aware of the rules concerning the use of electronic devices and/or cell phones.  College Board may invalidate the exams if someone is caught using an electronic device. 

In addition, please consult the AP World History Course Description Guide (pp.91-92) dealing with Exam Information and Time Management.  You have 3 hours and 5 minutes for the entire exam.  55 minutes for the multiple choice and 130 minutes for the three essays.  It would be a good idea to completely review the Course Description Guide before the exam.

Please remember that there will be a CCOT essay on 5/1.  All classes will need to be in the classroom. 

Wednesday, May 2 is Yearbook/Sr. Carnival.  2nd period will not meet.  6th period will meet in G-120 (Social Studies computer lab) to continue work on your final review projects.
