Program on Study Skills, Organization and Time Management for the LD/ADD Student is Tonight at 6:30 pm

Tonight our own Special Services teacher, Mary Jane Gates will speak on 'Study Skills, Organization, and Time Management with LD/ADD Students' at 6:30 p.m. in the Walton Media Center.

Also, the PTSA has a new 'Special Services Group' webpage: I

f you're the parent of a student in special services, you know that sometimes the best source of information is fellow parents. Whether you need the name of a tutor, advice on how to navigate the IEP process, or want to know which colleges would be best for your child; networking with other parents is often the solution.

With this in mind, the PTSA Special Services Committee has started a networking web page for parents within the Walton community. On this page, parents will be able to post questions, comments and to share information on resources available in our area.

To access the networking/discussion site from the Walton home page- go to PTSA then to 'Special Services' then midway down the page- click on 'Walton Special Services Group' link.
